Krystina Triemstra is a healthcare operations leader, sterile processing executive, and data optimization specialist with more than 15 years of experience across sterile processing, surgical services support, healthcare technology integration, and departmental transformation. She is highly skilled in leading large-scale sterile processing operations while maintaining strict compliance with Joint Commission, AAMI, and infection prevention standards.

Over the past fifteen years, Ms. Triemstra has served in key leadership roles at major academic medical centers, including the University of Chicago Medicine, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. A recognized expert in instrument tracking systems and process optimization, she has led numerous implementations and enterprise platform integrations, including SPM, Censitrac, CaseChek, Impress, Abacus, and EPIC. Her work focuses on improving data integrity, standardizing records, and delivering data-driven insights on utilization, repair trends, cost management, and productivity to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes. For her leadership in tracking system optimization, she was recognized with the Ascendco Spotlight Hero Award.
